J. Miller M'Kim fixed on Mr. (Richard Albert?) Tilghman. All declined, and Mr. Sumner wrote that \"with the declination of Mr. Tilghman the thing had broken down.\" Mr. [George Luther] Stearns and Mr. [Francis William] Bird came through Philadelphia full of the \"bureau\" idea, but the J. Miller M'Kim has heard nothing further from them or from Mr. Sumner."
