"Holograph, signed. In this letter, William Lloyd Garrison introduces Mrs. Eliza Frances Jackson Meriam Eddy to Elizabeth Pease. He commends Mrs. Eddy's anti-slavery activities and Mr. Eddy's liberal contributions to the American Anti-Slavery Society. Garrison believes the cause of emancipation is \"advancing mightily, and we are rejoicing in hope.\" Garrison's health has improved through the water cure. Henry C. Wright is still in Ohio."
