Garrison plans to lecture during October and November \"from Albany to St. Louis.\" The weather has been \"very sultry and depressing.\" Garrison \"had a a slow fever,\" keeping him \"from all from all physical and mental effort.\" Garrison is at a loss to know what to lecture about. He expects George Thompson Garrison and the 55th Massachusetts Regiment to arrive in Boston from Charleston, South Carolina. Wendell Phillips Garrison is to marry Lucy McKim in December."
