Garrison writes: \"Miss Wiggins leaves us to-day, after a visit of four months.\" Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Johnson arrived for a visit yesterday. R. W. Emerson spoke at George Luther Stearn's funeral. A temperance meeting in honor of Senator Henry Wilson was held in Tremont Temple. Garrison says: \"Black has taken the best photograph of me that I have had taken. I shall bring some copies with me.\" Billings's portrait of him is good. The National Testimonial will be presented on May 1."
