"Holograph, signed. William Lloyd Garrison has been too busy to reply promptly to Henry Clarke Wright's letters. Garrison tells about his visit to Switzerland. Richard Davis Webb joined Garrison's party and has added greatly to the pleasure of the trip. Garrison says about Richard Davis Webb: \"He is one of the most childlike (not childish) persons I have ever known.\" Garrison was delighted to see James H. Webb on a trip down the Rhine. He saw Mrs. Elizabeth Pease Nichol, Andrew Paton, and others in Edinburgh and Glasgow."
