"Holograph, signed with initials. William Lloyd Garrison's train ride was delayed due to some mechanical breakage or disarrangement. He visited Mr. & Mrs. James Hutchinson, who arrange all the anti-slavery meetings in this part of the world. Garrison spoke in Randolph and Braintree, Vermont. General McClellan has acquiesced to enforce the Emancipation Proclamation. Garrison sends instructions to Wendell Phillips for insertions in the Liberator."
