"Holograph, signed with initials. William Lloyd Garrison describes the view from the Rigi, a mountain near Lucerne, Zurich, and Constance. Mr. & Mrs. Henry Villard went to Munich. Henry Villard's return to the United States depends on his being able to make a satisfactory arrangement with Horace White of the Chicago Tribune. William Lloyd Garrison and Francis Jackson Garrison went to Stuttgart, Germany. William L. Garrison wants to thank Mrs. Mary Ann White Johnson for a letter concerning Mrs. Garrison's physical condition. He hopes that Mrs. Garrison continues with her treatments. He is glad to hear that Lloyd Garrison resembles him and that Agnes Garrison \"is developing in mind and person.\" William L. Garrison gives his itinerary and a list of his engagements in England. He will lecture on behalf of the freedmen's cause."
