Garrison met an old man who spent forty years and thousands of dollars trying to cure his rheumatism. Garrison tells of the friends he met. Charlotte Anthony has a swollen knee that has crippled her somewhat. Garrison received an electrical treatment from Dr. Joseph Dow, which relieved his rheumatic pain considerably."
