"Holograph, signed \"Your loving Father.\" William Lloyd Garrison regrets that he was unable to attend the funeral of Edward Morton, the uncle of Mrs. Diaz. Mr. and Mrs. John Ritchie are in Tarrytown, N.Y. William L. Garrison mentions going to Sleepy Hollow and having a picnic. The children are preparing for a fair next Friday, to raise money on behalf of the yellow fever sufferers in the South. Accompanied by an envelope addressed to: Frank J. Garrison, Houghton & Osgood, Cathedral Building, Boston, Mass."
