notes: "Holograph, signed. Anne Warren Weston begins with an account of her daily life. She was visited by Ann Greene Chapman's parents. She describes transactions at the recent meeting of the Boston Female Anti-Slavery Society. Twelve resolutions offered by Mrs. Maria Weston Chapman and others were passed. The chosen delegates to New York are Mary S. Parker, Miss Paul, Julia Williams, and Martha Ball. \"Mrs. [Lydia Maria] Child had obstinately refused to go.\" Mr. Walker called to engage board and schooling for his half-sister, Maria Kendall, and Mary Fifield can also come. \"We take her for $2.50 per week.\" Anne reports on various calls made and received, describes a portrait of Ann Greene Chapman, supplies family news, and says she is doubtful about going to New York. Enumerates the people whom she has written about Anne Greene Chapman's book, among them Richard Hildreth. Anne Weston thinks John T. Emerson should pay Debora Weston $500."
