Lloyd Garrison Esq No. 11 Merchants Hall Boston (Ms.)\" and is postmarked with a red circular stamp reading \"New-York Nov 1\". On page 3, a printed letter dated, \"New-York, October 29, 1833\" and addressed to \"Dear Sir\" calls for a meeting in Philadelphia on December 4th \"to form a National Anti-Slavery Society\" (which became the American Anti-Slavery Society). It is signed by Arthur Tappan, Joshua Leavitt, Elizur Wright Jr., and William Lloyd Garrison (probably in Wright's handwriting)."
