Mr. May (what a good man he is!) will deliver an address---[and] our Society will be formed.\" The Liberator is appreciated. Louisa Phillips suggests, however, that one of the copies be directed to her friend Miss Elizabeth Lewis, from whom she has learned that there is a need for anti-slavery literature in North Duxbury. Miss Lewis is a recent convert. Louisa Phillips requests that Maria Weston Chapman select books for Phillips' anti-slavery society."
