She hopes that Stephen S. Foster will have his throat and lungs restored so that he can go to surrounding towns. It would be well for Caroline Weston and Mrs. [Oliver?] Johnson to come with the goods; their experience \"will be invaluable.\" Also, the presence of Maria W. Chapman's younger sisters would be a happy influence on some of the young ladies. She asks about the amount of debt of the American Society."
