Anne Warren Weston has decided to go to New York and Caroline has also decided to go; she wishes that Deborah Weston could manage to go. Wendell Phillips told Caroline that he will keep the proposed evening free for New Bedford. Caroline Weston continues the letter by writing crosswise in pencil. She writes: \"Mrs. [Eliza Lee Cabot] Follen's life of her husband is excellent & I am moved to tears...by the facts it contains."
