Chapman should write something on the Non-Resistance platform \"apropos to this letter and paragraph.\" He makes recommendations about appointing a Committee of Arrangements for the Non-Resistance meetings; Edmund Quincy thinks all the meetings should be held in the Chardon Street Chapel."
