Davis noticed what Maria W. Chapman said \"about that vulgar & unprinciple[d] print the Chronotype.\" They have had no tidings from William Lloyd Garrison and hence infer that he is growing better. Davis said: We are busy with our convention---which are the best ever held in this region.\" The fair opens this evening, Dec. 15, 1847, and \"promises to be full & attractive. On bottom part of page two, Edward Morris Davis continues writing this letter on Dec. 15, 1847. He says that a tract will soon be issued as no. 2."
