He agrees with Maria Weston Chapman that no one could do so well as Sydney Howard Gay in his place. Gay's only fault apparent in the paper is \"snapishness.\" Edward M. Davis gives directions for letters of introduction (to individuals in England). In the postscript, Maria Weston Chapman is requested to ask George Thompson if he would give Edward Morris Davis letters of introduction to friends in Paris or Lyons."
