Eliza Wigham gives the names of some contributors to the fair and information about them. A box was received from Bolton in Lancashire \"from quite new adherents to the cause.\" Some valuable books were contributed. Wigham tells of the reasons for non-cooperation; many object to certain resolutions. She expresses interest in the effects of the Fugitive Slave Law in America. Wigham says: \"We shall be much interested to mark the conduct of the great Kossuth in your country.\""
