The Letter so long suppressed by Joseph Sturge of Birmingham.\" An additional note by May on the last page of the letter reads, \"Forwarded to America, March 1857. Received, not until, Nov. 11, 1857.\" This letter is copied in an unknown hand. This manuscript was previously cataloged as MS B.1.6 v.6, p.21-23. The envelope was previously cataloged separately as MS B.1.6 v.6, p.19. Title supplied by cataloger."
